In partnership with Lifestart, Talent Quarter is excited to be bringing you rewarding career opportunities across multiple roles to help support children and young persons with disabilities.

About Lifestart

Lifestart was founded in 1996 run by a family program in a single classroom in Turramurra Public School NSW. Today, Lifestart operates out of eleven offices throughout NSW and supports over 10,000 children and young people, their families and their carers across Australia. Lifestart’s proven success is built on lived experience and a genuine desire to change lives for the better.

As a result Lifestart has become one of Australia’s leading disability service providers without compromising the values at its heart. With over 25 years of history, Lifestart has been providing quality services to children and young people living with disabilities along with their families and carers. They have a genuine desire in their philosophy which places the individual with a disability at the centre of all the decision making and planning.

Lifestart is a large supportive organisation that consists of multidisciplinary teams comprised of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Lifestart offers a flexible, tailored approach to support that celebrates the uniqueness of each child or young person and their family and focuses on their strengths and interests. They value the impact of supporting people in their natural environments, whether that’s in their home, early childhood setting, school or out in the community. But no matter what your role is, their team share a united philosophy – that a successful day at work means successfully helping a child or young person living with disability, to be an equal, valued member of their community and society.
