Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily routines – from medication administration and meal preparation to personal care, domestic chores, errands, and fun activities.
- Helping them conquer challenges – support with homework, healthy habits, and building independence.
- Being their trusted guide – provide transportation and foster meaningful connections with families and communities.
- Keeping detailed records – become the organised, record-keeping hero we count on.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field.
- Certification in medication administration.
- Proven experience in managing challenging behaviors with confidence and skill.
- Essential checks and qualifications (don’t worry, we can assist with these).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- TCI training to equip you with the tools to succeed.
