The Role
Working in Geraldton and surrounding Mid-West communities, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to NDIS participants with psycho-social and other disabilities.
Caseload (choose paeds, adults or mixed): AAC, dysphagia, mealtime management, goal setting, speech & language, voice, fluency, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver and review therapy programs
- Collaborate with participants, families, support workers and health-care teams
- Maintain SPA- and NDIS-compliant documentation
- Contribute to case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold professional ethics and safety standards
About You
- Recognised degree in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership/registration
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- WA Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening & police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence & full Australian work rights
- New graduates welcome! (Tailored support provided)
