Team Leader Physiotherapist – Community & Clinic-Based (Across Lifespan)
Locations: Osborne Park, Girrawheen, Gosnells, Joondalup, Midland, Rockingham, Mandurah, Geraldton
Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering community and clinic-based physiotherapy across the lifespan. Support clients with mobility, function, assistive tech, and personalised therapy plans. Senior role with mentoring responsibilities, strong PD support, and flexible work options.
$90k-$130k + Super + Salary Packaging | $0.97/km Reimbursement | PD Support

The Role – Caseload Across the Lifespan
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy across both clinic and community settings. Work with clients of all ages on a diverse range of functional and mobility goals.
Caseload includes:
- Personalised goal setting using the SMART framework
- Comprehensive mobility and physical assessments
- Tailored exercise therapy (clinic, home, gym, or aquatic)
- Assistive technology sourcing and implementation
- Paediatric and adult therapy programs
- Ongoing collaboration with families, carers, and support providers
Your Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy across lifespan-focused caseloads
- Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists to foster clinical growth
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain AHPRA- and NDIS-compliant documentation
- Drive service development, training, and quality improvement
About You
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
- Experience in a senior, mentoring, or leadership capacity
- Skilled in working with paediatric and/or adult clients
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, and team leadership skills
- Current WA Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights and current Driver’s Licence
