***EOI*** Occupational Therapist – Australia
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from motivated and passionate Occupational Therapists for roles across Australia. Our clients have various urgent requirements for locum and permanent Occupational Therapists with experience working with caseloads across the lifespan in both private practice and NDIS provider settings.
The role of Occupational Therapist will see you assisting clients with various mobility and health issues along with working with various neurological, developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention and evaluation for clients
- Provide occupational therapy clinical practice in direct care delivery through application of evidence-based practice and policy
- Educate, support and liaise with participants, carers, colleagues, medical, nursing, allied health professionals to provide multi-disciplinary care
- Ensure all documentation is appropriately updated to the clinical standard required by AHPRA
- Adhere to code of ethics and practices
- Participate in review meetings and case conferences as appropriate
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current and full general registration with AHPRA
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Current police clearance
- Current Working with Children Check (state specific) and NDIS worker check (where required)
- Current driving licence
- Full Australian working rights
Location: Positions available will be based in metropolitan, regional and rural/remote areas throughout Australia.
Salary: This is dependent on your experience and location – this can be discussed in further detail.
