Mental Health- Team Leader
Job description
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading mental health provider in the Kalgoorlie area of the Goldfields region in gaining a Mental Health Team leader to their team on a permanent basis.
The aim of the organization is to provide people and communities with professional social services that enhance well being and that are inspired by compassion and recognition for human dignity and worth.
The role:
- Ensure and oversee service delivery and therapeutic interventions of the designated programs are aligned with the program’s contractual requirements, Therapeutic Framework, and evidence-based practice
- Co-ordinate programmes from entry to exit for clients receiving care from service
- Work in conjunction with management team to assess staff capacity and delegate daily tasks
- Facilitate staff group supervision with staff
- Provide and oversee the provision of appropriate services to children, young people, adults, and families
Essential requirements:
- Provisional or Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Work or Mental Health Professional with relevant professional registration
- Proven training and clinical supervision ability.
- Minimum of 3 Management experience
- Understanding of an outreach model and working remotely when required
- Possession of a current C class driving license
- National Police Clearance not less than 12 months old
- Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Certificate
