Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager – Permanent Position
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Western Australia
Pay Rate: $120k per annum + Super + Salary Packaging

You’ll join a dedicated and close-knit team committed to delivering personalised care that adapts to evolving needs. As a valued team member and leader, you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure residents receive exceptional care from both nursing and support staff

Responsibilities Include:

• Support, coordinate and mentor a small team of nurses & health care workers
• Provide clinical leadership, assess & develop capability of nursing staff
• Coordinate & oversee admissions, and clinical documentation
• Prepare budgets & support cost control initiatives

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to step into the Facility Manager role when needed
• Demonstrated success in leading and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes
• Strong skills in reporting and research
• Certified in Infection Control
