Job Title: Clinical Nurse, Community Based
Start Date: Roles to commence within the next couple of weeks
Location: South Australia
Pay Rate: $95k + Super + Salary Packaging

Talent Quarter is excited to partner with SA Health to offer fantastic permanent opportunities within the Mental Health Team. In this role, you will deliver mental health nursing services in a community based setting

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patient safety by actively participating in risk assessments and implementing preventive strategies
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs of each patient
• Provide supervision of Students and Enrolled Nurses
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing with a Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
• AHPRA registered
• Demonstrated clinical competencies in mental health assessment, intervention, and care planning with experience working in mental health settings
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to participate in an On Call after-hours roster when required
• Valid NPC and WWCC
