Client Services Coordinator

Talent Quarter are delighted to be supporting our growing client within the mental health sector to add an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join their team.
The company
With beautiful newly refurbished offices in West Perth, you will be joining a rapidly growing team of mental health professionals and administration team, whose vision is to support their clients and families in accessing neurodevelopmental assessments and mental health services.

The role
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the business and will play a pivotal role in providing potential clients with information relating to the services provided.
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for:
- Responding to all enquiries via the company website, social media platforms, email and phone calls
- Providing information on the services provided
- Ensuring that the clients have all information required
- Collecting important information surrounding the therapy required by the prospective client
- Ensuring that they are put in contact with the right member of the multi-disciplinary team to start the onboarding process
- Ensuring that the onboarding process goes smoothly for all parties
About you
To be considered for the role of Client Services Coordinator, you will have exceptional attention to detail with at least 2 years’ experience of working either in a similar role or within a therapist position within the mental health space in Australia. As you will be the first point of contact, you will be personable with a friendly approach and the ability to easily build rapport with prospective clients.
In addition to this, you will also have:
- Excellent organisational and people management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task efficiently
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal communication
