  To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
• A minimum Certificate IV in Youth Work, Community Services, or related field (or nearing completion of a relevant Degree with placement experience)
• Proven experience supporting young people with complex and challenging behaviours
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – including report writing and case notes
• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Certificate in Medical Administration from an in-person training session
  
  Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training
• Youth Mental Health First Aid certification
