Speech Pathologists – New Grad

Job description

We’re a passionate, collaborative and forward-thinking team of therapists, with one thing in common – the desire to make a positive difference to people’s lives.

If you are a therapist who wants to make a difference and enjoys working with a passionate, collaborative, and supportive organisation, Our Client is the place for you.
Whether working with individuals and their families in the hospital, aged care, or community settings, we want to set the standard for allied health services in WA.

We believe that by successfully developing different and better ways of delivering therapy, we will positively raise the bar for what people will expect from their therapy service provider.

As a Graduate, we understand that career development, workplace culture, and a support structure like no other are key in ensuring a high-quality team experience. To support you and your development as you start your career as a Graduate, Our Client offers:

  • A diverse caseload based on your interest areas and passions. Our goal is to provide you with the diversity to keep you interested, whilst providing you with a real sense of challenge and professional growth.
  • A genuine values-driven organisation with a huge emphasis on support. As a Graduate you will be able to relish in an extended leadership structure complemented with seniors and mentors, both internal and external.
  • Commitment to a high-quality, compassionate and supportive client experience through the Our Client Supports Model. We believe in a team around the person approach to help our participants achieve their goals and live their best lives.
  • A carefully designed new graduate development program crafted to help you achieve your professional goals and aspirations, with as much mentoring as you need.
  • A dedicated leadership & senior team committed to the coaching and development framework designed to accelerate your growth, career progression and job satisfaction.

What’s in it for you:

  • A market competitive starting salary and a mileage allowance, paid at 99 cents a km
  • A bonus 5 additional leave days per year, on top of your annual leave**
  • Flexibility designed your way to suit your lifestyle needs – part-time and full-time roles available, the choice is yours!
  • A technology package to allow you to work from anywhere
  • A $200 Personal Resource Allowance – build your own therapy resources kit
  • So much professional development we can’t even put a $$$ on it!

The Role

As a mobile community-based Speech Pathologist, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support across the Bertram, Rockingham, and South Metro regions. You’ll work closely with families and support networks to address a wide range of disability-related needs – from short-term interventions to complex, long-term care.
With clinics in Bertram and Mandurah, your caseload will be tailored based on your location. You’ll be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and supported by Clinical Team Leaders, Service Managers, Seniors, Mentors, and fellow allied health professionals.

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for delivering exceptional client care and a commitment to ongoing professional growth
