Paediatric Speech Pathologist – New Graduates Welcome
Full-time or Part-time | Clinic, School & Community-Based
Locations: Bassendean & Guildford, WA
$85,000 – $120,000 + Super | Flexible Start Dates

About the Role
Join a small, close-knit paediatric therapy practice that puts joy, family, and support at the centre of everything we do. You’ll provide OT services across clinic, school, home, and community settings – giving you the variety and flexibility to shape your own work week.
Caseload Focus
You’ll support children with a range of needs including:
- Social Communication
- Speech sounds
- Stuttering
- AAC
- Reading, writing and spelling
- Language development
- Intelligibility
- Vocabulary building
- Comprehension and understanding
- Phonological awareness

What You’ll Bring
- Speech Pathology qualification (or graduating soon)
- SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Passion for paediatrics and early intervention
- A collaborative, compassionate and playful approach
- Confidence to work in schools, homes and community environments
- Current Working With Children Check
- Driver’s licence and own transport
