You’ll be joining a tight-knit multi-disciplinary team made up of 4 Occupational Therapists, 2 Speech Pathologists, and a Therapy Assistant. Their collaborative approach ensures best outcomes for clients and strong internal support for therapists.
The Role
This Speech Pathology role is primarily paediatric-focused (90%), with a small adult caseload (10%). Services are delivered across clinic, home, and community settings with a strong emphasis on:
- Early intervention
- Speech and language development
- Mealtime and feeding support
You’ll provide evidence-based therapy and contribute to goal setting in alignment with each client’s needs and NDIS plans.

Locations:
- Werribee, VIC
- Sunshine Coast, VIC
Offered:
- Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 + Super
- Full salary packaging available – up to $15,900 (plus $2,650 for meals/entertainment)
- KM reimbursement: $0.97 per km for travel
- Internal PD + external allowance

Required:
- Relevant Speech Pathology degree
- SPA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Check + WWCC (VIC)
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A passion for helping children and families
