The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with NDIS participants (primarily with psycho-social disability) to deliver high-quality, person-centred services in a safe and collaborative environment.
Caseload includes:
Paediatric, adult, or mixed clients – AAC, dysphagia, mealtime management, goal setting, speech and language, voice, fluency, and more.
Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment, intervention, and evaluation services

Deliver evidence-based speech pathology in line with clinical standards

Collaborate with participants, carers, and health-care professionals

Maintain documentation aligned with SPA and NDIS requirements

Adhere to professional ethics and best practices
-
Attend case conferences and contribute to care planning
About You
To be considered, you’ll need:

Current and full SPA registration
-
Strong communication and time-management skills
-
Police clearance
-
Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)

Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
