The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with NDIS participants (primarily with psycho-social disability) to deliver high-quality, person-centred services in a safe and collaborative environment.

Caseload includes:
Paediatric, adult, or mixed clients – AAC, dysphagia, mealtime management, goal setting, speech and language, voice, fluency, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, intervention, and evaluation services

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology in line with clinical standards

• Collaborate with participants, carers, and health-care professionals

• Maintain documentation aligned with SPA and NDIS requirements

• Adhere to professional ethics and best practices

• Attend case conferences and contribute to care planning

About You
To be considered, you’ll need:

• Current and full SPA registration

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Police clearance

• Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)

• Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
