Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary Allied Health provider to recruit a Senior Speech Pathologist for a permanent position based in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, with opportunities for FIFO work across Geraldton.
We’re seeking a Speech Pathologist with solid NDIS experience who thrives in a supportive, client-focused environment. You’ll be joining a team committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to individuals across the Perth metro and regional areas.
As the Senior Speech Pathologist, you’ll work closely with other allied health professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services. You will support clients across the lifespan to improve communication, language, social interaction, and swallowing skills through personalised, evidence-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of NDIS participants with communication and/or swallowing difficulties
- Provide assessments and therapy in home, clinic, and community settings
- Collaborate with participants, families, carers, and support teams
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans and recommendations
- Mentor and support junior team members (if applicable)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience supporting NDIS participants in Australia
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current and unrestricted SPA membership
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Current Police Clearance
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (certificate required)
- Current WA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
- Valid WA driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
