Location: Multiple roles in multiple locations available across Australia
Employment Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)
Salary: $86,029 – $106,558 (including annual leave loading & superannuation) + vehicle options + mobile + laptop

What Your Role Looks Like
No two days will be the same as you embrace the social model of therapy-taking your expertise beyond clinic walls to work in real-world environments such as:

  1. Homes and schools
  2. Workplaces and community centres
  3. Parks and social settings

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to:

  • Conduct assessments using evidence-based tools and design impactful therapy plans
  • Maximise participants’ NDIS funding to support their goals
  • Work closely with families, carers, and other support networks
  • Attend weekly team meetings at your hub-sharing wins, stories, and coffee
  • Receive ongoing mentorship from a dedicated Team Leader and Therapy Mentor

What We’re Looking For
We are on the lookout for Speech Pathologists who share our passion for inclusion, independence, and innovation!
-Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
-SPA Registration
-A positive and flexible approach to work
-Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
-Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
-Valid driver’s license
-NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply)
-Experience in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential
