Registered Nurse – Neonatology (NICU & SCN)
Location: Canberra
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $80,378 – $105,656 + Super (Based on Experience)
We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a Special Care Nursery (SCN) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). If you are committed to delivering exceptional neonatal care and have the necessary experience, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
NICU and SCN at the Hospital are family-integrated, developmentally focused units, dedicated to providing outstanding care for neonates and their families. Our supportive environment includes a Clinical Support Nurse and Clinical Development Nurses to assist in your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to neonates in NICU and SCN.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in family-centered care, ensuring parents are supported and involved.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
About You: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Neonatology (NICU or SCN preferred).
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Full Australian working rights (NICU experience essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
