Anaesthetic Nurse – Private Hospital | Brisbane, QLD
Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time | Minimum 3 Years’ Experience Required

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established private hospital in the Brisbane region seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join their perioperative services department.

About the Role
As an Anaesthetic Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting anaesthetists in the safe and efficient delivery of perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties including orthopaedics, general surgery, ENT, urology, and plastics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating theatres and anaesthetic equipment
- Provide clinical support to the anaesthetist before, during, and after surgery
- Monitor patient responses during anaesthesia and in recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control protocols
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the theatre department

What We’re Looking For - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Anaesthetic Nurse in a private hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Anaesthetic competency certification (highly regarded)
