Registered Nurse

Our Client is a reputable day hospital that is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-quality and safe environment. The Clinic is dedicated to maintaining excellence in surgical treatment and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff alike.

A dynamic Registered Nurse (Division 1) is sought to join a friendly team, reporting directly to the Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia registration with AHPRA.
• Previous experience in Perioperative nursing with exceptional clinical skills.

Essential Skills:

• Prior experience in Ophthalmology, preferably in scrub/scout roles.
• Ability to deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in a day surgery environment while performing general RN duties.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships and collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication along with basic computer literacy.
• Flexibility to accommodate changes in rostering based on the facility’s needs.
• Active participation in Quality Improvement activities.
