Registered Midwife – Regional Victoria
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Shepparton Region, VIC
Salary Range: $83,803 – $103,152 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join a dynamic and supportive maternity team located in beautiful regional Victoria. This well-established regional health service provides high-quality, women-centred maternity care, with approximately 1,000 births annually.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a full spectrum of maternity services including:
- Antenatal and postnatal inpatient care
- Birth suite (including water birth facilities)
- Special care nursery
- Domiciliary and breastfeeding support services
- Midwifery Group Practice
- IVF and early pregnancy services
- Antenatal education programs
Midwives are supported to rotate across different areas, offering variety and career growth within a collaborative team environment.

Candidate Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
- Minimum 1 year post-graduate midwifery experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and a woman-centred approach to care
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
