Bacchus Marsh Psychology Clinic – part of the ANSA Health group is looking for passionate Psychologists wanting to make a difference.

Due to overwhelming demand, we are hiring and Sponsorship Opportunities are currently available – for a limited time – to Overseas applicants.

These roles offer you supported entry into private practice, allowing you to learn the ropes, so you end up loving private practice as much as we do. It will allow you to spend your work time with a team of like-minded individuals, who are all banning together to make a difference. The Role!
If you are a fully registered Psychologist with previous mental health experience, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board. We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes a full time caseload of no more than 24 client hours per week, a focus on taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours, caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations, monthly group supervision with like-minded psychologists from across our three clinics, and daily group chat interactions.

Bacchus Marsh Psychology is now in its 9th year. Over the years, we have spoken to a lot of clinicians about what they desire in their dream roles and we have incorporated this into our model of private practice.
