Physiotherapist

Job description

URGENT OPPORTUNITY | Physiotherapist – Central Perth (MSK, Rehab, Prevention) | Applications Close June 30th

$$$$$ – 80k -120k + Coms + Super
West Perth + East Perth Clinics | Full-Time or Part-Time | Immediate Start Available
We’ve just had one of our long-standing Physios hang up the clinic boots for FIFO life – and we’re now looking for the next clinician to step into a caseload of 35+ patients per week across two modern clinics in West & East Perth.
No need to build from scratch. No slow burn. This is a warm handover – with loyal, long-term clients across MSK, post-surgical rehab, and preventative care.
You’ll join a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team backed by strong internal referrals, admin support, and flexibility that actually means something.
What’s in it for you:

  • Choose your hours – genuine flexibility, holidays, and support around your lifestyle
  • Full clinical autonomy – no micromanaging, just trust and support
  • Strong referral network – you’ll be busy from Day 1
  • Ongoing CPD and team mentoring – we want you to keep growing
  • Private parking subsidised
  • Beautiful, purpose-built clinics with all the tools you need
  • Competitive salary based on experience, impact, and what you bring to the team

A bit about you:

  • You’re an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with 2+ years’ experience
  • You enjoy the balance of independence and team collaboration
  • You’re confident, communicative, and love building rapport with patients
  • You bring structure, energy, and care to your clinical work

Scope of the role:

  • Manage a mix of MSK, rehab, and prevention-based clients
  • Deliver evidence-based, tailored treatment plans
  • Work alongside Allied Health and Medical colleagues for integrated care
  • Take part in mentoring and learning opportunities within the team

Applications close June 30th – this one won’t last.
If this sounds like you, apply via SEEK with a short cover letter answering the following:

  1. What does your ideal work-life balance look like?
  2. What cases do you love working with most?
  3. What area of physio are you looking to grow or specialise in?
  4. What does clinical autonomy mean to you?
  5. What kind of leadership style helps you thrive?
  6. How much notice do you need to give your current employer?

Keen but not quite ready? Reach out for a confidential chat – no strings attached.
