Personal Care Assisant – Aged Care

Job description

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking experienced and caring PCAs to join our aged care team with flexible shifts available.

Locations:

• South Western Sydney
• Northern Rivers Region
• Newcastle
• Maitland
• Gold Coast hinterland

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support daily activities and promote independence
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate care documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Previous experience in aged care (preferred)
• A caring and respectful attitude
• Current police check and First Aid certificate
