About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with skills in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, Recovery, or Day Surgery to join our growing team in Canberra.
You’ll be part of a respected healthcare facility known for its high standards and excellent patient outcomes, working alongside experienced clinicians and supportive leadership.

About You
Essential:
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
- Tertiary nursing qualifications or equivalent
- Postgraduate certificate or proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Perioperative (Scrub/Scout)
- Anaesthetics
- Recovery/Post-Anaesthetic Care
- Day Surgery
Desirable:
- Paediatric experience or certification
- Previous specialist or day surgery experience

- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and infection control standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Mentor junior staff and support team learning
- Ensure safe, cost-effective use of resources and equipment
Requirements
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to completing mandatory training (e.g. CPR, fire safety)
