About the Role

Caseload: Primarily paediatrics (NDIS), including children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, sensory processing differences, and motor coordination challenges
Focus Areas: Fine and gross motor development, sensory integration, school readiness, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-care skills
Service Settings: Clinic-based with optional outreach to homes and schools
KPI: 5 billable hours/day (includes sessions, planning, documentation, assessments, and travel)
Bonuses: Earn performance bonuses once caseload reaches 80% – without needing to overextend

What You Can Expect

$103,000 – $123,600 total package including super, based on experience
