Talent Quarter are proud to be assisting our multi-disciplinary Allied Health client to find an Occupational Therapist to join their team in the Northern Suburbs of Perth on a permanent basis.

We are looking to speak with Occupational Therapists who are keen to join a company that provides a supportive environment that is centred around comprehensive, evidence-based care to their clients within the Perth area.

As the Occupational Therapist, you will be working in a multi-disciplinary team to bring the best quality services to your clients across your area. You will be supporting individuals to overcome limitations that may have stemmed from illness, injury, emotional or psychological challenges, ageing-relating effects and developmental delays.

The duties and responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing a diverse caseload (Majority Adults)
  • Providing evidence-based assessment and services in home, community and clinic locations
  • Liaise with NDIS participants and their supports, including family, carers, health professional and other agencies
  • Gain a thorough understanding of your clients needs and define their goals
  • Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans

To be considered for the role, you will have between 1-2 years’ experience of supporting NDIS participants in Australia. You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Current police clearance
  • Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated – certificate to be provided
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check
  • Current WA driving licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights
