Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (Community)
Start Date: Flexible Start Dates
Location: Roles across all regional WA
Pay Rate: Up to $71.64/hour + Super + Salary Packaging
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment, and ongoing support to individuals from underserved populations
- Deliver person-centered care in various settings, including community centers, patient homes, and outreach programs
- Administer medications, monitor treatment effectiveness, and educate patients on mental health management
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing with a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Mental Health nursing
- Case-management experience
- Experience conduction mental health & risk assessments
