NIHRACS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across inpatient, emergency, and residential aged care settings on Norfolk Island. About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement, you will:

• Provide evidence-based care across hospital and aged care environments
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Uphold patient dignity, safety, and clinical best practices
• Support and contribute to continuous quality improvement and accreditation standards
• Respect and adapt to the cultural diversity of the local community

Selection Criteria:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Competent)
• Experience in rural/remote nursing and aged care settings
• Ability to deliver culturally responsive care in a diverse environment
• Strong team orientation and adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments
• Basic computer and health information system literacy
