An exciting full-time opportunity is available for an experienced CSSD Manager to lead and manage the Central Sterile Services Department at a leading private hospital in the Darwin region.

About the Role:
As the CSSD Manager, you will:

• Oversee high-quality sterilisation services for the operating theatres and clinical departments
• Ensure processes align with ACORN, AS/NZ 4187 standards, and best practice infection control guidelines
• Lead, train and support CSSD Technicians
• Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and departmental performance

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation Services
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a senior CSSD role
• Solid knowledge of ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 and HICMR standards
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, databases)
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and team development
