Looking to step into a meaningful leadership role in suicide prevention and mental health?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading NFP delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented services across NSW. They’re seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a passionate team of Care Navigators, Peer Workers & Identified Navigators supporting communities across the Central Coast, Newcastle & Manning regions.
- SCHADS Level 7 – generous salary + salary packaging
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in suicide prevention and post-intervention
- Flexible base – Maitland, Manning, or Central Coast (cars available)

You’ll oversee clinical governance, provide supervision, embed Safe Side best practices, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive real outcomes.
To be eligible, you’ll need:
- A background in mental health with a tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA or AASW registration
- 2+ years’ leadership experience, with solid knowledge of clinical governance and policy
- Confidence working in a multidisciplinary environment
