Job Title: Clinical Manager – Aged Care
Start Date: ASAP Start
Location: South Australia
Pay Rate: $140k/annum + Benefits

Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality clinical care, providing operational support to the Service Manager to maintain seamless care services.
- Serve as a clinical consultant, offering expert guidance on nursing care practices and mentoring your team to consistently achieve excellence in care delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Clinical Manager in Residential Aged Care.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and recent accreditation processes.
- Up-to-date understanding of ANACC.
- Experience with Quality Assurance Programs.
- Excellent communication skills with management, staff, residents, and their families.
