What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct functional behavioural assessments
  • Create & deliver positive behaviour support plans (NDIS-aligned)
  • Work closely with families and other professionals
  • Provide hands-on training to caregivers and support teams
  • Track progress, problem-solve, and adapt as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related
NDIS Behaviour Support registration (Core or Advanced)
Experience with children/teens and complex behaviours
Strong communication & teamwork skills
Cultural competence and a trauma-informed lens
