What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct functional behavioural assessments
- Create & deliver positive behaviour support plans (NDIS-aligned)
- Work closely with families and other professionals
- Provide hands-on training to caregivers and support teams
- Track progress, problem-solve, and adapt as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related
NDIS Behaviour Support registration (Core or Advanced)
Experience with children/teens and complex behaviours
Strong communication & teamwork skills
Cultural competence and a trauma-informed lens
