We’re on the lookout for a values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a dedicated team transforming lives in the Greater Newcastle district.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver tailored behaviour support to children and teens
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop NDIS-aligned support plans and interventions
• Empower caregivers with training and tools
• Make a real impact where it matters most

What You’ll Bring:

• Relevant degree (Psych, Social Work, Education etc.)
• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core/Advanced)
• Experience with children and young people with disabilities
• Strong communication, empathy, and a team spirit
