Allied Health Manager – Full Time | Fixed Term until May 2026
Location: Mildura, VIC
80 hours per fortnight (including one RDO per month)

My client is seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to lead a growing multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals – including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Allied Health Assistants and Administrative staff – all working toward delivering high-quality care to the Mildura/Sunraysia community.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape the strategic direction of Allied Health services while ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical management of the Allied Health team

Drive service improvement and growth through strategic planning and innovation

Champion patient-centred care and optimise patient flow, outcomes, and discharge planning

Mentor and support Allied Health staff in their professional development

Manage departmental resources effectively and maintain compliance with reporting requirements

Provide expert advice to the Executive team on Allied Health-related matters
About You:

You hold a qualification in an Allied Health discipline, with registration through AHPRA if applicable

You bring demonstrated success in service management and leadership (experience in public health is highly regarded)

You have strong skills in strategic planning, project delivery, and change management

You are an excellent communicator with a commitment to outstanding internal and external customer service
