Mental Health Clinician (0-25 Years) | Permanent | Bairnsdale
We’re recruiting a passionate Mental Health Clinician to support young people aged 0-25 through acute episodes and into recovery. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe, and evidence-based care across community and bed-based services.
In this role, you will:

• Complete urgent & routine mental health assessments
• Develop safety plans & deliver therapeutic interventions
• Work across a 7-day rotating roster (including afternoons)
• Support holistic, recovery-focused care with families & carers involved

What we’re looking for:

• AHPRA or AASW eligibility (RN*, OT, Psych, Speech, SW)
• 3+ years’ experience in MH or working with children/youth
• Solid clinical skills & understanding of key MH legislation
• Meet Serology and work Occupational Health requirements

Desirable: Child/youth MH training, AOD/family violence experience, Acute Mental Health experience & knowledge
