While the Talent Quarter name is a recent arrival, our team are no strangers to the Australian healthcare industry. Our new brand was launched in 2021 and we are proud to be a 100% Australian-owned leader in specialist recruiting .
Our business mission is simple as we work to be the preferred partner for Australia’s healthcare and social care recruitment. Our purpose is connecting the market’s best talent and to have a positive impact on people’s lives – clients, candidates and communities alike.
A quick history
Talent Quarter launched in 2021 following our 2020 acquisition of Sugarman Australia. The Sugarman Group has served the UK healthcare sector for more than 30 years and the business that is now Talent Quarter, was established by Sugarman International, in Sydney in 2008. Today Talent Quarter looks after the national market from offices in Sydney and in Perth.
