Residential Youth Workers- Greater Sydney
Talent Quarter is currently recruiting passionate Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in the Greater Sydney and surrounding areas. We have shifts available across days, nights, sleepovers, and weekends for people with experience in managing challenging behaviours.

What You Will Do
- Assisting with daily routines, personal care, meals, and housekeeping tasks
- Organizing recreational activities and supervising homework
- Administering medication
- Providing transportation to school, programs, and appointments
- Facilitating family involvement and supervising contact visits
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
What You Need
- Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or relevant qualifications
- Assist with Medication- HLTHPS006 certificate
- Current Working with Children check
- Current NDIS worker check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- National Police check issued within the last 12-months.
- Valid Full driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
- Completion of NDIS worker’s Orientation module
- TCI training and certificate(desirable)
