Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily routines – from medication administration and meal preparation to personal care, domestic chores, errands, and fun activities.
• Helping them conquer challenges – support with homework, healthy habits, and building independence.
• Being their trusted guide – provide transportation and foster meaningful connections with families and communities.
• Keeping detailed records – become the organised, record-keeping hero we count on.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field.
• A proven ability to work therapeutically with young people facing social, emotional , and behavioral difficulties, as well as those who have experienced significant trauma.
• Essential checks and qualifications.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
