Job Title: Theatre Nurse

Contract Type: Permanent Role
Location: WA
Pay Rate: $70k – $102K per annum
A theatre nurse is essential to the surgical team, assisting surgeons and anaesthesiologists in the operating room. They maintain a sterile environment, handle instruments, monitor vital signs, and provide post-operative care. Their attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure ensure safe and efficient surgeries
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a sterile operating room, assist during procedures, and monitor vital signs
- Provide post-operative care and collaborate with health care professionals for patient safety
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure a clean environment
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing
- AHPRA registered
- Demonstrated strong clinical skills
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Recovery experience (Desired)
- Venepuncture and cannulation experience (Desired)
- Holds resus cert (Desired)
