Team Leader Workplace Rehabilitation, Perth, WA
The company
You will be joining a workplace rehabilitation provider who provides return to work assistance for Workers’ Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Life Insurance claims.
They are adding an additional Team Leader to their existing team due to the continued growth of their rehabilitation consultants, who assist their clients with injuries or illnesses who are under a compensation scheme.

The role
As the Team Leader, you will foster a supportive and fun environment for the team of Rehabilitation Consultants to enable them to continue to provide the best help possible for their clients.
The duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage and lead your team to help them achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, support to team members, quality assurance and foster a culture of growth and excellence
- Ensuring that the team are achieving their targets and outcomes, conduct regular performance reviews and celebrating their wins
- Managing a small caseload of clients when required
- Regularly meet with both established and referred networks to grow the referral volumes and caseload for your team
About you
To be considered for the role of Team Leader, you will have at least 5 years’ experience working as a Rehabilitation Consultant with leadership experience, along with:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiotherapy, Psychology, Chiropractor or a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant
- Current registration with relevant professional body
- Current drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills, time management and organisational skills
- Full Australian working rights
