Melton, Geelong, Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh, Cranbourne, Moonee Ponds, Burwood and more.
Support surrounding schools in Werribee, Williamstown, Keilor, Pascoe Vale and beyond.

Join a well-established, supportive allied health team providing services to children and families. We are recruiting for clinic-based roles with the option for outreach to schools, homes and community settings as needed.
Role Overview
- Caseload: Primarily paediatrics NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme, including children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, speech, and language delay, AAC needs and more.
- Service Style: Flexible delivery – face-to-face in clinic, telehealth, school visits and in-home support based on your preferences.
- KPI: five billable hours per day, including sessions, planning, travel, documentation, and report writing.
- Bonuses: Earn performance bonuses when caseload hits 80% – no pressure to overload your schedule.

What You will Bring
- Degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
- Experience in or interest in the NDIS and paediatric care
- Passion for early intervention and client-centred support
- Willingness to collaborate and grow within a team
- Confidence or curiosity across varied presentations, including speech, language, AAC and social communication
- Current Working with Children Check and a valid driver’s licence
