The company
As a provider for NDIS participants, this company provides therapy support to clients from the ages of 0-65 years and they help their clients to transform their lives through person-centred care and support.
They have a multi-disciplinary team across Australia and are keen to add to their current therapists to continue to provide the high quality therapy services that they are known for.
The role
The successful Speech Pathologist will be joining an existing stable team of Psychologists, OT’s, Speech Pathologists and Exercise Physiologists; and will be providing support to your NDIS clients in the community to achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing tailor made therapy plans for clients across the age span
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in community settings
- Collaborate with families, carers, other health professionals and educators to ensure that comprehensive care is provided to clients
- Ensuring that all client records are maintained accurately with updates and documentation of clients progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest practices in speech pathology
About you
To be considered for the role, you will be a qualified Speech Pathologist and will have:
- Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
- Full general registration with SPA
- WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Excellent organisational skills
