SOCIAL WORKER
ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Northern Beaches, Sydney
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 dependent on experience + Superannuation
Hours: Open to Full Time or Part Time, Permanent. Days/hours can be be flexible
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to work within a private rehabilitation facility with adult patients. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team providing social worker services to promote patient-centred outcomes that will encourage the highest possible level of independence and quality of life.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience
- Registration with AASW or eligibility would be ideal
- Demonstrated ability to provide high standards of clinical practice
- Commitment to quality, best practise and environmental safety
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
