ACUTE SENIOR SOCIAL WORKER

Position: Senior Social Worker

Location: Katherine, NT

Duration: 3-6 months

Pay-rate: $65-$80 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging

Start-date: September

Flights & accommodation: Provided free of charge

We are looking for a senior social worker for a contract position in the Northern Territory to provide acute in-patient care across the hospital. Join a fantastic multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents of Katherine in this busy hospital. The position is Monday-Friday 8-4.30pm. Plenty of options are available to explore the region outside of work hours with a vehicle provided.

Inpatient care across a variety of wards including but not limited to ED, acute wards, medical, surgical, palliative care, maternity, guardianship, crisis response. You must be comfortable working with a mixed caseload of both adults and paediatrics. You must also have experience working across acute settings with good crisis response skills and working with victims of sexual violence and domestic abuse.
