The Role

Our hospital is currently seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients with complex medical needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all medications are prescribed, dispensed and administered safely and effectively, while also providing education and support to patients and their families.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered pharmacist, with a strong background in either oncology or renal care. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing patient-centered care.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other pharmacists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment and contribute to the ongoing improvement of pharmaceutical care in our hospital.
