We are currently working with key public health clients to recruit dedicated Senior Medical Officers, Specialists and General Practitioners to provide comprehensive medical services that address the diverse needs of patients and the community.
This is a wonderful opportunity to challenge yourself professionally, become an integral member of the local community, develop collaborative relationships with other health professionals, and provide best practice, patient-centred medical care.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Competence and capability in general practice, rural medicine or primary health (particularly hospital-based practice and/or rural health setting)
- Ability to function in a multidisciplinary team and to provide leadership within the team.
- High level of communication skills in clinical practice and corporate functions.
- Commitment to improving standards and quality of health care and patient safety within the hospital and community.
- Demonstrated ability to organise work and work without supervision.
Essential Requirements:
- Hold, or be eligible to apply for, registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medial Board of Australia
- General Practice Fellowship (FACRRM, FRACGP) or equivalent, ACRRM (Independent Pathway) or on GP Training Program
Advanced skills in Rural Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics or Anaesthesia will be highly regarded.
