Job Title: General Practitioner
Contract: Permanent Role
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Regional WA
Pay Rate: $360k – $400k per annum

As a General Practitioner, you will be instrumental in enhancing clinical quality and safety. You will supervise other GPs who provide medical services to families and individuals, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of medical and health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive primary health care services and lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering culturally responsive care
• Guide the review and development of the clinical governance framework for all clinical programs
• Supervise medical trainees, both formally and informally
• Report monthly to the CEO on target achievements, barriers, improvements, and incidents

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Current National Police Clearance
• AHPRA Registration
• Up-to-date Medical Indemnity Insurance
• Full registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia
• Demonstrated understanding of the health, social and emotional well being needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
