Where You’ll Work
Choose from locations across:
Western NSW – From Broken Hill to Dubbo, experience wide-open spaces and friendly country towns.
Southern NSW – Enjoy breath taking landscapes, from the Snowy Mountains to the South Coast.
Murrumbidgee Region – Work in vibrant rural hubs like Wagga Wagga, Griffith, and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in Nursing / Midwifery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a rural or regional healthcare setting
  • A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing and midwifery care to patients in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives in regional communities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to workplace safety protocols

What We Offer:

  • NSW Award rates + TQ End of contract bonus
  • Potential options for Meal Allowance (based on location) – $827 – $1068.90 per week
  • Various contract lengths – 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 12 weeks and options to extend, you tell us!
