Job Title: Aged Care Registered Nurse
Contract Type: Permanent role
Start Date: ASAP
Location: South Australia
Pay Rate: $35 – $51 p/hour

Come and work as a registered nurse at a small, family-friendly, 30-bed aged care facility dedicated to enriching the lives of residents, their families, and staff in a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating clear and effective communication
• Promoting and supporting person-centered care practices
• Providing direct and holistic nursing care to patients
• Performing and monitoring nursing observations and assessments, reporting to management as required
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, relevant legislation, standards, and workplace policies
• Upholding quality standards and driving continuous practice improvements
• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing
• 2+ years of experience in an Aged Care setting
• AHPRA registered
• Current Influenza and COVID vaccinations
