Senior Clinical Team Lead – Aged Care
$100-120k
Covering sites in Perth Metro & Regional WA

Join a well-established and growing national organisation in a key leadership role as Senior Clinical Team Lead for WA.

You will lead a team of Allied Health professionals delivering therapy services in community and residential settings across Perth Metro and from sites in Regional WA.

Duties will include

• People management – rostering/allocating work, performance management, staff appraisals
• Deliver therapy services during periods of high demand, covering sickness or holiday
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied and service levels are high
• Provide strong governance
• Set, manage and review a strategic plan with responsibility for budgets and growth.

Requirements

• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
• Proven leader with the ability to recruit, develop and retain Allied Health professionals
• Willing to get ‘on the tools’ and deliver therapy services where required
• Drivers Licence and willingness to travel – you will oversee multiple sites across Perth Metro (North and South of the River) and Regionally as far as Kalgoorlie
